“The home was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very clean! Of all the homes we’ve rented, and we’ve rented quite a lot, this was one of the most well appointed kitchens with appliances, cookware and dishes that seemed purchased for a second home, and not “just a rental.” We really felt like we were staying in a friend’s lovely vacation home. We skied every day at Whiteface, which was only 15 minutes away, went into town every day, which was only five minutes away, and grocery shopped at the supermarket, which was just three minutes away. We had a most lovely stay!”

“One of the most equipped rentals we have ever stayed in. They thought of everything! (Coffee bar, seasonings, knife set, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, board games) Just so many things that go overlooked at many other rentals but made us feel at home. We had unfortunate weather the whole week we were there but the walkable distance to town and cozy home made our experience of lake placid a great one. We would 100% come back to this rental.”

“Lee’s place was amazing. It looked exactly like the pictures and more. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need. We even got complementary cheesecake which I thought was a great touch. Our dog Brodie also had an amazing time and felt right at home. Lee was even kind enough to let us stay an extra night at a discounted rate due to the snow storm. We will stay here again for sure!”

“I have stayed at many incredible places and have had many incredible hosts but Lee was probably the most responsive host I have met, responding most times in less than 20 minutes. Their home was very clean, had everything you could possibly need (including for children) and had an air of peace and calm. We come up every year on the same weekend for the rugby tournament and we have found our forever Lake Placid home.”

“Lee's place was clean, comfortable and every detail was covered beautifully. The house was spotless and comfortable. Clearly, this host has thought through everything and provides the guests with everything they could possibly need. We loved Lake Placid and thought the location was very convenient. It was great that the house was dog-friendly and our dog was very comfortable, too. The only thing missing is a fireplace, but otherwise it's a perfect house to stay in for a visit to Lake Placid.”

“We really enjoyed Lee's place! She even bought a travel crib for our little one and the baby gate, books, and toys made traveling with a toddler easier. The house was also super clean and stocked with everything you might need! Lee was extremely responsive to any questions and concerns. We had a problem with a loud noise coming from one of the baseboard heaters downstairs which kept us up the first night but Lee made sure we were taken care of and checked in a few times. Make sure to leave some time before checkout to complete the chore list (strip beds, take out all the trash, run a load of laundry, etc.), especially if you're traveling with little kids.”

“Lee’s house is the perfect little spot when visiting lake placid! We go every year and really enjoyed our stay this year in this adorable and incredibly clean house! The shower and bathtub are amazing. Little bakery treats upon check in were an especially nice touch from the host! It is such a convenient location to the little town of lake placid. Lee was also extremely accommodating and responsive to any and all questions! I’d deff recommend this stay. 😄”

“This is our second time staying here and it was as perfect as the first stay, if not better, with the beautiful new master bedroom. Lee was an amazing host, from leaving us local baked goods to checking in to make sure we got there safely and we were comfy. The place is also well equipped with everything you could need and very dog friendly. Highly recommend the place! This will be our go to whenever we’re visiting LP.”

“I have stayed at numerous airbnb/vrbo rentals over the years in Lake Placid, and this was by far one of my favorites. Best yet, we got to bring our dog, and she was pampered too with treats waiting for her upon our arrival. There were yummy human treats too! The location was great too. We like to park our car, and just walk the rest of the stay, which was easy to do with this location. The house was spotless. The beds were comfortable. We didn't want to leave. The big soaker tub was a treat after a day out in the cold hiking. I can't say enough good things about this place.”

“This rental will *not* disappoint. Perfect location / beautiful linens / beds extremely comfortable / kitchen stocked with amazing appliances as well as pans, knives, etc. No detail was missed. Usually you get the forgotten items that stock an AirBnB home but not with this one. Everything is thought out, beautifully done, the best property I've ever rented. Can not recommend enough. We will 100% rebook if available and my daughter actually said, ‘I only want to come back to the LP Horse show if we can rent this property.’ Thank you Lee!”
