One of my favorite indoor activities is spa day. In the midst of life crazy with work pressures, family commitments, social activities … it’s so healthy to take a break and pamper yourself with some quiet time and rejuvenation. Here are a few spa day destinations to consider in Lake Placid and Saranac Lake.
